Harvest: manual harvest in perforated crates at mid-september, consequently the phenolic maturation phase and climatic conditions.
Vinification: soft pressing followed by carbonic maceration of 24 hours with next fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. Aging with suspension of lees.
Production: 1500 bottles/year

Color: bright pink cerasuolo.
Fragrance: fresh and intense with scent of red fruits.

Gastronomic combinations: Versatile, from appetizers to fruit passing through the fish. Particularly in combination with peaches.

Note:
the name of the wine it’s an homage to the winemaker’s wife, with a cheerful and inviting pink label, this wine has a strong note of tannins softened by the sweet bouquet of May and the feminine notes of springtime.
